History of RG Aviation
Established in 1995, we are India's Premier fully integrated Aviation training provider. Starting with an aim to change the face of the Indian Aerospace Industry, RGAviation is a pioneer in our Aviation Industry. RGAviation has worked relentlessly in setting high standards of aviation training and services in India.
The organization was established to foster the vision of our late former Prime Minister; Mr. Rajiv Gandhi (who himself was a professional pilot) to create dynamic and highly efficient young talent in the aviation industry, also building our national strength as a result. RGAviation started its operation by bringing the best in Pilot Training Program to young aspirants. In the same year, the organization extended its world-class training services to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering domain, focusing on creating top-class and highly efficient maintenance engineers to meet the ever growing need of the aviation industry.
Today, in addition to offering unmatched Pilot Training and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Training, RGAviation also offers world-class, end-to-end maintenance, repair and overhaul services to aviation companies, providing unbroken reliability and highest level of operational integrity for its customers. Y Prabhakar Reddy
Founder and CMD
Mr Y. Prabhakar Reddy (CMD) is an aviator himself and a young entrepreneur who has been actively involved in several professional training institutes in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He is one of the pioneers of private pilot training in India.

His passion and love for the Aviation Industry is known by all. Mr. Reddy’s vision has materialized into producing more than 2,500 Commercial Pilots (Making it the most in all of Asia). We are immensely grateful and proud of his substantial contribution towards Indian Aviation Industry.
Statement
"It’s my privilege to be leading a company that has been, and aims to change the face of the Indian Aerospace Industry in the years to come. The global technological scenario is changing faster than ever, thereby creating a great demand for technical professionals like pilots and ground engineers , to keep pace with the change. The need of the hour is to make these professionals pass through a common platform so that they understand each other’s needs in a better way and appreciate their responsibilities towards providing a healthy and professional Aviation environment. I take a leaf out of history.

Our beloved former Prime Minister Captain Rajiv Gandhi himself was a professional pilot in Indian Airlines for one and half decades. I have been inspired by him with a vision to create dynamic young talents that build our National strength. I wished to fulfill the dreams of our late dynamic leader, and therefore started RGAviation in the year 1995, at Hyderabad.

I also take pride in saying that many of our former students now hold enviable positions in premier aviation related organizations in India and abroad. They are a live testimony to the enthusiasm, determination and hard work, which are the hallmarks of RGAviation

RGAA far excels in fulfilling the stringent quality standards of DGCA. We are therefore certified by DGCA to train students, along with having licenses to also operate domestic Airlines. In fact, we frequently have inspections from DGCA, and have never disappointed in regards to quality!
Cessna Fleet
Exclusive Single and Multi-Engine Cessna Aircrafts. Cessna is known for the world class production of aircrafts and business jets. We have 10 fleet large single and multi-engine aircrafts of Cessna to make our training effective for current generation.

With over 2500+ CPL holders graduating from RGAA, we have the record of producing the most number of Pilots in not just India, but all of Asia! Most of the 2500+ are still actively flying and with a current estimate of 8000 Commercial Pilots in India, we proudly boast at least 22% of the entire nation’s pilot force. 2501st shouldn’t be a big deal for us right?
